On my (quite fresh) PayPal account I become the error: "Sorry we are not able to process your request. please attempt again later" after receiving a iii figure transaction (white lid).
What could I exercise to stop this from happening? Is ownership stealth accounts an option?

was yous sending or receving before the ban?
see it.
that means the person yous recevied the money from are under the flag .
maybe they didnt have the cash in the account and paypal caught on.
or the account they payed you with was new .
or your account has been getting paid from known bad paypal accounts .
you tin can phone paypal have it out with them i would imeditly .
i had problams long long time back i argued my example shortly got my cash fuckers , never done that to me always agin.

It can be, but only if you buy ane with transaction history. A new stealth account is every bit new as your nowadays account. Why not only verify your account with the needed docs, add together bank account, credit menu and all limitations should vanish?Is ownership stealth accounts an option?

It can be, but just if you purchase ane with transaction history. A new stealth account is as new as your present account. Why not just verify your account with the needed docs, add bank account, credit bill of fare and all limitations should vanish?
Would that as well solve the 'We cannot process that payment right now' error?

Click payment link from the invoice page, redirected to Paypal login, logged in, and so got that very same message. I didn't know what to do so I simply went dorsum to the merchant invoice page, click the payment link, the message gone and I can pay the invoice. I didn't know what actually happen, not even sure what is the problem, just did that.

You were trying to withdraw from the money besides fast more especially as the business relationship is a new one. I don't call back you were banned. It is simply the Paypal robot at work. What y'all need to do is allow the money to sit down in the account for iii-4 day so try to withdraw a small-scale amount. Then give it another 24 - 48 hours and a bigger amount (not very big). Every bit the account get older and you lot have some transactions going on, you should exist ok. Kindly see my respond to @DotJunky, the same affair could be your situation as well.I got the aforementioned error message yesterday when I wanted to pay my hosting service.
Click payment link from the invoice page, redirected to Paypal login, logged in, and so got that very same message. I didn't know what to exercise so I just went back to the merchant invoice folio, click the payment link, the message gone and I can pay the invoice. I didn't know what actually happen, not even sure what is the problem, just did that.
